Pool: Illuminated, but not open for swimming this evening.

Nearest Major Airport Coordinated Airport Transportation

Complimentary coordinated airport transportation is planned for guests arriving through Tampa International Airport on Thursday, September 23, 2027, during one designated group pickup window.

A coordinated return shuttle to Tampa International Airport is also planned for Tuesday morning, September 28, 2027, during one designated departure window.

Exact pickup times will be established after guest travel plans are reviewed. Guests whose flights fall outside the designated transportation windows will need to arrange a rental car, rideshare, or other private transportation.

Scheduled Weekend Event Transportation

One scheduled shuttle will operate from the designated host hotels to each event on Friday, September 24; Saturday, September 25; and Sunday, September 26.

The shuttle will depart approximately 45 minutes before the published start time of each event. A scheduled return shuttle will operate after each event concludes.

There will be one designated departure time for each trip. Guests who are not ready at the scheduled pickup time, who choose to leave an event early, or who are staying somewhere other than the designated hotels will need to make their own transportation arrangements.

Final shuttle times, pickup locations, and vehicle details will be posted on this website after attendance and travel plans are confirmed.

Saturday: Miami evening chic.

Sunday: casual, comfortable, and pool-ready.
